One to five-day programs are available at several convenient locations around the Tampa Bay area, including DaySpring Retreat Center in Ellenton and Cedarkirk in Lithia. Other programs take place at Boyd Hill Nature Park in St. Petersburg.

Accommodations are in climate-controlled cabins and lodges, and you’ll take a break from cooking as you experience family-style meals in an air-conditioned dining hall..

Environmental Explorers: Canoe a Florida river, take to the treetops for 21st century tree climbing, learn how to turn pulp into poetry, or get up close and personal with live reptiles. Class Options include: Reptile Review, Canoeing, Paper Making, Estuarine Explorer, Enchanted Forest, Tree Climbing, and “CSI – Manatee on the Move”

Family Enrichment: Strengthen family community through team building challenges. Uncover the talents and strengths of each family member as you work together in activities that enhance group problem solving, decision making, communication skills and trust. Survival Quest: Enjoy meeting new challenges as you learn survival skills and experience the outdoors. Work as a team to design and build a raft that can transport your family to safety!
